Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations; will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts; will lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service and achieving goals; will assist in hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training; ensure timely processing of returns, transfers, and orders; oversee daily store opening/closing duties and adherence to company policies; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; role emphasizes team leadership, staffing, merchandising, and operational efficiency.
