Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store operations, and store appearance. Responsibilities include managing store operations during the Store Manager's absence, leading team members in providing excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, assisting in hiring, processing customer returns and exchanges, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification. Candidates with bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
