Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, managing the store in the Store Manager's absence. Responsibilities include leading team members in exceptional customer service, supervising retail activities, assisting in hiring, managing customer returns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and performing store opening/closing duties. Skills required include certifications in sales and assistant management, with additional qualifications desired such as ASE certification and bilingual capabilities.
