Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations at Eastpak Carnaby flagship; drive customer experience and sales, mentor and lead the sales team, and partner with the Store Manager to implement established retail processes while seeking improvements. Maintain inventory controls and P&L awareness, report KPIs to improve store results, ensure the store aligns with brand visual merchandising, and provide cover in the store manager’s absence. Requires strong customer interaction, initiative when management is away, and ability to foster a high-performing team focused on exceptional shopping experiences. Proficient in MS Office and POS systems; excellent English communication; availability on weekends/evenings/holidays. Upholds VF’s guiding principles and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
