Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, and handle monetary transactions while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Clean vacated units and maintain general curb appeal, assist with light maintenance, and supervise on-site projects. Manage a team and maintain strong relationships with tenants across all phases of the operation. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
