Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and clean vacated units while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Supervise on-site projects, assist with maintenance, and maintain general curb appeal. Manage a team and ensure all phases of the operation run smoothly. This role includes leasing storage and parking duties, maintaining a working knowledge of all products and services, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. No evening hours are required.
Required Qualifications

- Current auto insurance
- Background check
