Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and clean vacated units while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Assist with maintenance, supervise on-site projects, and maintain good relationships with tenants. Manage all phases of the operation including leasing and parking, ensuring general curb appeal and a working knowledge of all products and services. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm, Sat 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Sun 10:00am to 2:00pm. Starting at $17.00/hour plus bonus. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and background check.
Required Qualifications
