Job Summary
Conduct daily leasing operations by renting storage units, preparing rental agreements, and handling monetary transactions. Manage a team while assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining property curb appeal. Promote self-storage solutions to potential customers and ensure thorough cleaning of vacated units. Maintain general knowledge of all products and services, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and selling the full rental experience. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, and Sun 10:00am-2:00pm. Starting pay is $17.50/hour plus a bonus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
