Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and clean vacated units while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Manage a team, assist with maintenance, supervise on-site projects, and maintain good relationships with tenants. Ensure general curb appeal and maintain a working knowledge of all products and services. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
