Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, and handle monetary transactions while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Clean vacated units and maintain general property curb appeal, assist with light maintenance, and supervise on-site projects. Manage a team and maintain strong relationships with tenants across all operational phases. Hours are Monday through Saturday with no evening shifts. Starting pay is $17.00/hour plus a bonus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
