Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and clean vacated units while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Assist with maintenance, supervise on-site projects, and maintain good relationships with tenants. Prepare rental agreements and maintain a working knowledge of all products and services. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a background check. Starting at $22.00/hour plus bonus.
