Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and perform cleaning of vacated units. Promote self-storage solutions to potential customers, oversee light maintenance, and maintain general curb appeal. Manage a team, assist with on-site projects, and supervise operations while maintaining strong tenant relationships. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Starting at $17.50/hour plus bonus, with no evening shifts.
