Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and clean vacated units while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Assist with light maintenance, supervise on-site projects, and maintain relationships with tenants by ensuring general curb appeal and a working knowledge of all products. Manage a team across all phases of the operation, including leasing and parking. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Starting pay is $16.50/hour plus bonus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Background check mandatory.
