Assistant Store Manager - No Nights!

Assistant Store Manager for a Delray Beach, FL location, responsible for leasing storage and parking, supervising a team, assisting with property maintenance, and ensuring tenant relationships. Responsibilities include renting storage units, preparing rental agreements, handling financial transactions, cleaning units and common areas, promoting self-storage solutions, performing light maintenance, maintaining knowledge of products/services, and maintaining curb appeal. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance; background check required. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm; Sat 9:00am–4:00pm; Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Compensation starts at $17.00/hour plus bonus; benefits include health (medical, dental, vision), PTO, 401(k) matching, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance program.
