Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, and handle monetary transactions while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Clean vacated units, maintain general property curb appeal, and perform light maintenance. Supervise on-site projects, assist with leasing and parking, and manage a team to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm, Sun 10am-2pm. Starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
