Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager (Store #1507 - Gastonia, NC) at SmartStop Self Storage. Responsibilities include renting storage units, preparing rental agreements, handling monetary transactions, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenants relations. Duties also cover promoting self-storage solutions, light maintenance, maintaining property curb appeal, and providing excellent customer service. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm; Sat 9:00am–4:00pm; Sun 10:00am–2:00pm.
