Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and clean vacated units while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Assist with light maintenance, supervise on-site projects, and maintain good relationships with tenants. Prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions and banking activities, and promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a background check. Starting at $17.00/hour plus bonus. Located at Royal Palm, FL.
