Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, and handle monetary transactions while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Clean vacated units and maintain general property curb appeal. Perform light maintenance and supervise on-site projects. Manage a team and assist with leasing storage and parking operations. Maintain good relationships with tenants and ensure all products and services are well understood. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm, Sat 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Sun 10:00am to 2:00pm. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. A background check is required.
