Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, and clean vacated units while promoting self-storage solutions to potential customers. Supervise on-site projects, assist with maintenance, and maintain good relationships with tenants. Ensure general curb appeal and maintain a working knowledge of all products and services. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm, Sat 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Sun 10:00am to 2:00pm. Starting pay is $17.00/hour plus bonus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
