Job Summary
Lead and coach cannabis retail team to deliver exceptional customer service while managing daily sales-floor operations from opening to close. Directly oversee staff, schedule coverage, and ensure adherence to company policies and state cannabis regulations. Train and mentor employees on service standards, delegate tasks, monitor performance, handle customer and employee concerns professionally, and step into sales floor roles as needed to maintain service levels. Emphasis on leadership, compliance, operational excellence, and creating a cohesive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in Business Management preferred
- 1+ year supervisory experience in cannabis retail preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must meet state requirements for cannabis employment (if applicable)
