Job Summary
Lead a team to keep all store functions running seamlessly while ensuring the store is staffed by attracting, assessing, and onboarding future teammates. Equip employees with tools for success, manage business results and critical metrics including budgeting, planning, sales, and customer service, and oversee the product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising. Coach and counsel staff to resolve conflicts, drive store growth strategies, and build community partnerships. Work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed. This role requires four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience and three years of leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- Three years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
