Assistant Store Manager - Nights

Assistant Store Manager - Nights leads projects including reset and remodels and partners with the Store Manager to develop staff. Functions as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, coordinates with external temporary staffing as needed, and schedules weekly work to ensure timely completion. Demonstrates strong merchandising and reset skills across categories, monitors project results, and ensures start-to-finish completion within the same shift. Requires understanding of planograms and related documents, and involves training with a peer mentor at another store location. Night shift schedule (9:00pm–5:30am), full-time, with training on daytime shifts; potential mileage reimbursement during training. Must have planogram experience, be reliable with regular attendance, and be able to work independently and in a team. Open availability including weekends and holidays is preferred; may require a valid driver's license and DMV check depending on position.
