Assistant Store Manager

Drive store sales by ensuring customer needs are met and concerns are resolved quickly. Control shrink, expenses, and labor while maintaining appropriate merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, and presentations. Assist the Store Director in training and developing the team, evaluating performance issues, and managing supply deliveries and back stock. Operate all necessary equipment and enforce safety policies and procedures. Act as the Niemann Foods representative within the store and community, following all programs and promotions. Manage 3-4 associates by providing direction, coordination, and evaluation, while addressing complaints and resolving problems. Work varied hours to oversee operations and ensure compliance with all laws.
