Assistant Store Manager

Establish and maintain genuine customer care by driving store sales through prompt acknowledgment, need fulfillment, and quick concern resolution. Control shrink, expenses, and labor while ensuring appropriate merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, and presentations across all departments. Assist the Store Director in training and development, evaluating performance issues, and managing the 3-4 associates under your supervision. Process information through computer and POS systems, build displays, and enforce safety policies as a Niemann Foods representative. Work varied hours to oversee operations and resolve complaints, ensuring compliance with all laws and programs.
