Assistant Store Manager

Assist Restaurant Manager in developing a team of Crew and Shift Leaders, recruit/hire/onboard and develop employees, and communicate job expectations. Maintain a guest-first culture, ensure appropriate staffing for guest service goals, and enforce safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Execute brand standards, recipes, and systems; help plan and implement action plans to improve production, productivity, quality and guest service. Drive profitability by controlling costs, executing in-restaurant marketing promotions, implementing new product rollouts with training and sampling, and tracking sales results. Requires English fluency, a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math/financial management skills, basic writing ability, and restaurant/retail/supervisory experience.
