Assist Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense; take ownership of the store two days a week, leading the team and driving performance; keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction is easy and enjoyable; coach and support the team to deliver excellent service; full-time on a Sunday to Thursday roster with hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership; opportunities for internal progression as the brand expands across ANZ.
