Job Summary
Conduct leasing operations for storage and parking units, prepare rental agreements, and manage financial transactions. Oversee onsite maintenance projects, manage team performance, and maintain general curb appeal while building relationships with tenants. Handle banking activities and ensure a working knowledge of all product and services. Maintain reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Starting at $21.00/hour plus bonus. No evening shifts required.
