Assistant Store Manager to support Store Manager in daily operations and client experience at Hill House Home in New Orleans. Responsibilities include leading on the sales floor, driving sales targets, implementing CRM initiatives, supervising retail staff, scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining inventory control, cash handling, and visual merchandising standards. Requires 3+ years of supervisory retail experience; bachelor’s degree preferred; must be available to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. Compensation is estimated at $25–$27+ per hour.
