Job Summary
Lead the retail team as a brand ambassador by modeling performance, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback, and supporting the Shop Manager with daily operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and merchandise management. Drive hiring, retention, and development by selecting top talent, conducting interviews, and training staff to maximize their potential. Manage store leadership responsibilities with the authority to step in as the primary leader when needed. Requires at least two years of retail team leader experience, personnel management skills, and English proficiency. Annual gross salary ranges from €27,904.80 to €32,572.00 at the 3rd level of the Commercio CCNL.
