Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to drive sales targets and KPIs. Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service while managing wage costs and contributing to effective rostering. Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment. Support emerging retail leaders in a fast-paced, fun environment with clear pathways for growth. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM)
- A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills
- Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
