Assistant Store Manager

Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage fast-paced retail store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service. Build, coach, and train crew members while driving store growth, increasing profitability, and ensuring inventory protection and asset management. Handle operational and safety issues, maintain overall cleanliness of delivery vehicles, sales floors, and stock rooms, and execute NAPA operational and marketing programs. Grow customer relationships, assist with sales and service questions, and ensure positive experiences both in-store and on the phone. Manage in-store initiatives and steer continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
