Assistant Store Manager- Myers Park

Support the Area Manager in operating a Clean Juice location by managing guest satisfaction, COGS, and labor, while overseeing scheduling, team development, and local marketing through event sponsorship and Juice Booster networking. Cultivate a positive store culture, build a pipeline of inspired team members, and drive sales to meet quarterly and annual goals. Supervise staff, conduct daily pre-shift and monthly meetings, and maintain labor percentages at 30% or less through strategic scheduling. Manage inventory to minimize waste, ensure facility and equipment maintenance, and enforce ServSafe food safety standards. Work in a standing position lifting up to 50 pounds with prior management experience preferred.
