Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, including achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and implementing loss prevention programs. Open and close the store, coach and train staff to ensure peak performance, and recruit new employees. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a neat, clean, and professional working environment. Service watches by performing sizing and battery changes as needed. Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and security requirements to maintain store stability. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- strong selling skills
- at least 3 years of retail management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word/ Excel)
- open availability and flexibility to work according to needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty and/or luxury retail
