Job Summary
Facilitate consistent team communication, exemplify the client-first service model, and drive sales while optimizing customer service throughout client interactions. Execute operational tasks including inventory control, cost minimization, and profitability, delegating efficiencies to peers. Build personalized relationships with customers, offer tailored product recommendations across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances, and conduct in-store beauty workshops. Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement and encourage repeat business through loyalty programs. Requires 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience with flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department
- Prolonged exposure to fragrance and home fragrance products
- Frequent use of computers, handheld electronic equipment and cash registers
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbs
