Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching shift leads and sales associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales targets through team mentoring and constructive feedback. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and support the Store Manager with administrative tasks including staff scheduling and compliance. Lead recruitment efforts for store talent while ensuring strict adherence to Miniso policies and procedures. Drive customer engagement by promoting membership sign-ups and building loyalty to increase retention and sales performance. Collaborate with the Loss Prevention Team to address shrink and manage cash-handling tasks to maintain a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
