Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching shift leads and sales associates, driving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and support the Store Manager with administrative tasks including staff scheduling and compliance with handbook guidelines. Lead recruitment efforts for store talent, train new associates, and foster a culture of growth through constructive feedback and accountability. Work closely with the Loss Prevention Team to address shrink and ensure a safe environment for associates and customers. Drive customer engagement by promoting the membership program to increase retention and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
