Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching team members, maintaining visual and merchandising standards, and driving sales performance through membership program engagement. Support the Store Manager in mentoring trainees, managing inventory and shipments, handling returns, and assisting with recruitment and staffing. Ensure strict adherence to policies, including cash-handling procedures, loss prevention protocols, and compliance with handbook guidelines. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel between locations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
