Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching Shift Leads and Sales Associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales performance through targeted training and motivation. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and support the Store Manager with administrative tasks including staff scheduling and compliance with company guidelines. Lead the recruitment process for store talent, mentor trainees, and foster a culture of growth by delivering constructive feedback that balances recognition and accountability. Collaborate with the Loss Prevention Team to address shrink and ensure a safe, clean environment while actively promoting the membership program to increase retention and sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
