Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching Shift Leads and Sales Associates, mentoring trainees, and driving sales targets through constructive feedback and team motivation. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and support recruitment for store talent while ensuring strict adherence to Miniso policies and procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service, promote the membership program to increase retention, and maintain visual merchandising standards by communicating insights to the Store Manager. Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and manage cash-handling tasks to ensure a safe environment. Requires flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to relocate or travel between locations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven successful experience in retail management.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
- Ability to travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
