Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching Shift Leads and Sales Associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales targets through team mentoring and constructive feedback. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and support the recruitment process for store talent. Work closely with the Store Manager and Loss Prevention Team to address shrink, while ensuring strict adherence to operational procedures and Miniso handbook guidelines. Drive customer engagement by promoting membership sign-ups and building loyalty to increase retention. Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment for associates and customers. Report directly to the Store Manager with the ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
