Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching team members, maintaining visual and merchandising standards, and driving sales performance through targeted training and motivation. Support the Store Manager in managing inventory, processing shipments, handling returns, and ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures. Lead recruitment efforts for store talent, manage staff scheduling, and foster a culture of growth through constructive feedback and accountability. Drive customer engagement by promoting the membership program to increase retention and sales. Manage cash-handling tasks and collaborate with the Loss Prevention Team to address shrink. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
