Assistant Store Manager

Oversee daily store operations by coaching shift leads and sales associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales performance through targeted training and motivation. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and support the Store Manager with administrative tasks including staff scheduling and compliance with company policies. Lead recruitment efforts for store talent, mentor trainees, and foster a culture of growth by delivering constructive feedback that promotes accountability. Ensure strict adherence to loss prevention procedures to address shrink while maintaining a clean, safe environment for associates and customers. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel between locations as needed.
