Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by supporting the Store Manager, coaching team members, and maintaining visual and merchandising standards. Drive sales performance through customer engagement with the membership program, mentoring trainees, and achieving targets while managing inventory, shipments, and returns. Assist in recruitment, training, and staffing, ensuring strict adherence to policies, procedures, and Miniso handbook guidelines. Manage cash-handling tasks, address shrink with the Loss Prevention Team, and foster a culture of growth through constructive feedback. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to relocate or travel between locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
- 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
