Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by supporting the Store Manager in coaching team members, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales performance through active customer engagement and membership program promotion. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages, and assist with recruitment, training, and retention of sales associates. Ensure strict adherence to policies, including staff scheduling, cash-handling procedures, and loss prevention efforts to minimize shrink. Deliver constructive feedback to foster accountability and continuous improvement within the team. This role requires the ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
