Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching Shift Leads and Sales Associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales performance through targeted training and motivation. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle returns, and support the Store Manager with administrative tasks including staff scheduling and compliance with handbook guidelines. Lead recruitment efforts, mentor trainees, and foster accountability while working closely with Loss Prevention to address shrink. Drive customer engagement by promoting membership sign-ups and building loyalty to increase retention. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel between locations and manage additional stores as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
