Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by coaching shift leads and sales associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales targets through team mentorship. Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and support recruitment and training initiatives. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Loss Prevention Team to address shrink, ensure strict adherence to policies, and deliver exceptional customer service via the membership program. Handle cash-handling tasks while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
