Assistant Store Manager

Oversee daily store operations by supporting the Store Manager in coaching team members, maintaining visual and merchandising standards, and driving sales performance. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing inventory levels, processing shipments, and handling damages and returns. Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates through recruitment, training, and retention efforts to achieve sales targets. Enforce operational procedures, including staff scheduling and compliance with handbook guidelines, while working closely with Loss Prevention to address shrink. Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment for associates and customers. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to relocate or travel between locations.
