Job Summary
Inspire and develop a high-performing team by maintaining an active presence on the sales floor to guide and motivate staff. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by prioritizing satisfaction above tasks while monitoring KPIs to identify opportunities that support store goals and brand growth. Manage inventory, compliance, and procedures to ensure adherence to standards, and maintain an appealing visual environment aligned with presentation standards to maximize sales and profitability. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members, while contributing to succession planning and performance management processes. Assist in planning effective floor coverage and organizing daily tasks to maintain smooth operations, proposing creative solutions to challenges in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to engage the team in upholding the highest service standards
- Strong skills in organization, planning, and prioritization
- Ability to maintain a high level of performance and quality under pressure
- Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives
- Solid skills in driving strong sales performance
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet)
- High school diploma required
