Job Summary
Execute MFRM selling programs and support a seamless omnichannel experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority. Elevate the in-store customer experience through coaching associates on selling practices, merchandising execution, and product knowledge. Assist the Senior Store Manager in driving company initiatives, resolving customer-related issues, and achieving sales performance targets. Provide technical training to team members and ensure adherence to product transfer procedures and inventory documentation. Lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds while following Mattress Firm procedures for proper store execution.
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Ability to resolve customer-related issues and escalate when necessary
- Ability to drive company initiatives and achieve sales performance goals
- Ability to ensure the execution of in-store merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
- Ability to follow Mattress Firm procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory
