Job Summary
Oversee and manage the operational function of the American Girl Store, including physical plant maintenance, financials, customer service, and employee relations. Provide leadership to departments, deliver training based on staffing needs, and administer policies consistent with corporate culture. Maintain business partnerships with the corporate office and other locations while managing employee development and events. Provide store supervisory support as part of the store leadership team. Work evening and weekend shifts in a dynamic retail environment. Salaried position with an annual base range of $70,304 to $88,000.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of retail management experience
- Strong written, verbal and management experience
- Work schedule requires evening and weekend work
